Hi,
Can anyone tell me how i change the print range of a RS report.
My report is fine when viewed, but when i select print preview, it chops off
a lot of the report and places it on a separate page.
Is there any way of setting the entire report to prin on a single page?
Also, how do i change the orientation or a report from portrait to landscape?
Thanks in advance.see inline

You must design your report to fit within the page size - margins, otherwise
a single page will print across multiple pages..

For instance Excel and powerpoint have options which allow you to compress
the item to fit on a page, RS does not have such an option. ( maybe your
printer driver does tho.)

Go to Report Properties -> Layout and set the size from 8.5 X 11 to 11 X 8.5
