Change point sizes in Scatter Graph (SSRS 2005)

Is there a way to do conditional formatting on the size of points on a Scatter Graph in Reporting Services 2005?It is not currently possible to change the size of the Markers dynamically through RS.

Is there any way to have different Sizes of Page Header in different pages
